DEGOLYER HAM RADIO

Here is the first of our new batch of licensed fifth grade hams. This year our focus is exploring all the ways we can use our ham tickets. We are building antennas, using our handy-talkies, and mobiles. Classes are starting soon for licensing and Morse Code. Sponsors are Mr. Aguilar and Ms. Kent.

AMERICAN GIRL
The American Girl Club is based on the American Girl Historical Doll Collection. The club is for third and fourth grade girls who like to try new things, while learning how American girls have lived throughout our history. We sample foods, play games, make a craft, and learn about strong women and important events from eight different periods in America's past.

A grant from the Junior League of Dallas and parents who prepare the food make it a great experience for all.
